日豪「短歌とTanka」祭 ２０２０年に参加していただいたみなさま、ありがとうございました。
Thank you to all who submitted poetry to the Japan-Australia “短歌と Tanka” 2020 Competition.
この動画は、2020年の「短歌とTANKA」コンクールの最優秀者を祝うものです。 「学生部門」「テーマ部門」日本語英語と「自由連作」日本語英語の５つの部門から、約900首が応募されました。 ５部問の各最優秀賞の作品を讃え、京都の冷泉家に今も伝わる古式ゆかしい和歌披講で紹介しています。披講は早稲田大学大学院の御手洗靖大さんです。 また、飛鳥時代より伝わる五節の舞を中田文花さん、尺八を三浦太郎さんが演奏しています。
Contemporary tanka poems in both Japanese and English are presented in the traditional style of the Reizei family. The performance is by Yasuhiro Mitarai, with Monka Nakata dancing the Gosechi-no-mai, which has been handed down from ancient times.

名称の変更について：当初は日豪６都市で朗読講評会を行うことを予定していましたが、現在、新型コロナにより日豪各都市への往来が叶いませんので、「６都市」の名称を「短歌とTanka」に変更しました。
Competition Name Change: We had originally planned to hold poetry readings in six cities in Australia and Japan, however, due to the current Corona Virus travel restrictions, we have removed the ‘6 cities’ from the name of our 2020 competition.
